Elijah walked the hill, reached the top, and made a decision! He knew what the outcome would be, and he knew who would bring him victory! The glory at times comes after the wickedness has exhausted all of its resources! So in the month of September and October, those resources will be exhausted, and a supernatural manifestation of glory shall come down and consume the darkness!
